The project aims to educate young people on the crucial role of Short Food Supply Chains (SFSC) in promoting food sustainability and healthy, accessible consumption. We strive to enhance the skills of youth workers and farmers in using gamification and QBM for engaging youth in these topics. By connecting consumers directly with producers, we support local food systems and foster active youth citizenship through the replication of successful SFSC initiatives.
